				Zip Dee awning really zippy 
				 
					Pulled the strap to lower the patio awning today and it zipped out of 
				
				
				
			my hands snaping at the end of it's travel almost taking me with it. It seems that the torsion? spring has come loose, broken, other? I called Zip Dee service and was given instructions on how to tension the spring, that also can be found at their website in the service area here. http://www.zipdeeinc.com/AdjustSpringTension.html I can't imagine a spring losing tension and needing re-tensioning, so I think that it must have broken, or, released on one end or the other.
