Paul Davis '82 FC35 auction on e-bay a hoax !!
Enough people have explained to you why you are wrong about the bidding; I
won't add to that . I will say that I beleive Paul Davis to be an honest and
forthright business man and you have no standing to question his integrity. I
suggest you also sign your e-mails with something other than "jim" or don't
post.

Yeah, Dave, I know this bus shows as being available on his web
site, but it isn't.

He put it up for auction on e-bay 10 days ago. That auction ended
on Monday evening at 8:04 pn pst. There was supposedly no reserve.
I was the high bidder at the conclusion of the auction. And then
the winning bidder was announced and it was not me. It was someone
who never made a bid on the bus. I was never given an opportunity
to match the fantom bid.

Tihs auction was a hoax pure and simple. Paul Davis is a man of
questionable character and honesty. It has the apparence of him
selling the bus after he put it up for auction and before the
auction ended. You can all connect the dots. But I can give you
first hand evidence that this auction was a completely bogus.

If it requires a contract to list an item for auction on e-bay, Paul
Davis must be clearly out of trust .

He wasted my time and the time of others who were bidding on the bus.
