Stephen,
Appreciate the suggestion -- but that's a long way from Southern CA.... I've found some good prospects that I'll "educate" the service manager about on Monday morning... including Dynamax, a provider of heavy duty exhaust systems located right here in the LA area. Looks like simply give them a list of the components (with sizes) and they have it all off the shelf... Pete Masterson '95 Blue Bird Wanderlodge WBDA 42 aeonix1@... I think they get forum business because forum members who went there
are too polite to be truthful. I dont have an honest opinion of their service because so far any thing I cant fix RobR and CurtS did the repair for beer. I did notice that the whole organization is set up in mini corporate names and they make it a point to let you know that. Therefor you dont benifit from the great resource the Custom Coach builders (what ever name they use) have. I will be around on Monday after an early demolition job if you need help running parts or the like. (I dont drink beer, just diet pepsi) DeAnza will steer you local and right. I can personally second the integrity of DeAnza. I used them for twenty years for exhaust installations, custom and restoration. Never on a semi or bus.

Have the new service manager call "Earl Davis" in parts at fort
valley. I had my system done last year, Earl will give him the "correct parts info". The muffler, tip,old "flex pipe", pyrometer, and clamps are stock items. However, that "U pipe" is custom order 3-4 weeks and custom fabrication. Also the flex pipe was replaced with a new upgraded "ball and socket" design pipe, better item....... If the mechanics need install tips have them call "Wendell" who is over in the bluebird bus side now. He will usually help them by phone. no big deal for them, they were done in 3-4 hours . I am at the nest now and just left Earl's office with some parts! :-) Pete, Donna, and Lucky Bear Chin 95 42' greater Daytona Beach Area. --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, Pete Masterson wrote: > > The CCW guys are pretty good. Appreciate the info... they were able to locate a muffler that will
be here tomorrow. The flex pipe, etc. aren't bad. The muffler tip allows rain to fall into the muffler, and it rusted out. The stuff further down seems to be ok. They're going to pull out the old muffler this afternoon... so we'll see how it all is. Thanks.. Pete Masterson '95 Blue Bird Wanderlodge WBDA 42 aeonix1@...
