RE: Thomas Compressor 405ADC38
Good Morning,
I purchased the repair kit from ZORO tools and also bought a used replacement pump. In the 450 , the location requires 2 hours to remove the unit, so Ed and I changed the fittings, tubing to DOT quick connects and hung the pump so that it can be r&r in 20 minutes. Next will be to plumb the 12 v to just the toilet. (requires check valve and small accumulator.) The repair kit is easy but be careful with the head bolts. One of mine had water corrosion and broke. PIA but repairable. The used pump wasn't such a bargain-- cracked head at the outlet-- Used "Rapid-fix " glue and it works fine-- for now!
