Alternator for a 8v92

Tom,
Thanks for your advice. What I did today was check the
output of each alternator with a amp meter (Loop
type). I checked the large cables coming from each
alternator that was terminated at the fire wall in the
battery compartment and not was able to get a reading
at all. If I plug the bus into shore power I am able
to get get about 5 amps, and I also get a reading on
the amp meter on the dash. I assume this is from the
battery chargers. Any other advice would be
appreciated.
