Frig. Stopped Working
Thanks, Ernie. Yes, the help from 70 guys should do it. That has crossed my mind.
Cooling Update: The past 4 hours...the frig. operating on direct AC...the frig. has cooled down to 21 degrees...the freezer to 2 degrees. That's with nothing inside of the compartments. I don't see a need for additional time with the cooling test, but will let it run until this evening. At least I know the unit will FREEZE/COOL. Unless something changes, I'll re-load the refer. from the house refer., and head to Q in the morning, letting the generator provide direct AC to the refer. I'll monitor the frig. temperature so the lower unit won't freeze. Unless someone has already recorded this work around, please place it out on your site. And remind me to send written documentation so others can follow in detail what was done. All that is needed is an AC pig tail, two compatible connectors, some elec. tape, and about 10 minutes time.
