Priming 3208T?
If you're only changing the Racor (in '83-up FCS) then change the
filter, leave the T-handle loose on the filter lid, start the
engine, when fuel starts to bubble out around the lid of the Racor
then tighten the T-handle. Self priming.

And the oil-pressure sender on the oil filter on the '87-up (300hp
ATAAC) 3208 is the one with 2-wires, the single wire ones are for
the gauge and KYSOR system.
