Leahy item 32. Senate Bill S.4067 109th Congress, 2nd Session. I do not see an
RV waiver in the bill.
Title: Satellite Consumer Protection Act of 2006, an amendment to Chapter 1 of
title 17, United States Code.

I'm not about to read the Code but will send a letter to my Senator urging an RV
waiver similar to the one I have already executed.

This is one of those things that involve money changing hands. The
local stations want to count as many eyes as possible to justify
their ad rates. The system doesn't anticipate mobile users (i.e.
those of us with RVs). This is an area where Federal regulations are
involved.

Write your Congress representatives and let them know that you think
about them every time you turn on the TV ... and that your thoughts
are _not_ at all positive. This regulation needs to be changed to
allow mobile people to have the convenience of national programming.
