				soft ground driving?

On my maiden voyage, I managed to get stuck in the field I was parked

in. The back wheels sunk in just enough to be trouble. It was totally my fault and I do know better, but... I was wondering if most people with PT's think its better or worse on soft ground with the tag axle dumped or not? Theoretically I think it would be better with the tag axle pressurized to distribute the weight more, but it was to late for me to experiment. Otherwise than that, I loved the new coach! p.s. I did an 850 mile round trip with the intake cowling facing backwards, I don't have anything to compare to, but seemed fine to me. Tom Sorrentino 1987 PT 38 |
