LXi Chassis Part Numbers

1) Entryway air step norgren valve:
The original equipment Norgren 5/2 solenoid piloted valve is superseded by Norgren part number V61R511AA312JB available at Carolina Fluid Components, Charlotte, NC 704-588-6101.

2) Drive Axle MGM Brake Chamber
I put new brake chambers on my drive axle. The original part, MGM 4131213, is no longer available and has been superseded by MGM Magnum Performance Plus part number:
MGM: MJS3028ET051, The new part is a long stroke (3") model with 300# of additional parking brake force. Both new and old are piston style chambers.

3) Chelsea PTO Spline Grease
The spline grease Chelsea specifies is part number 379831 available at Fleetpride, Florig, and National Fleet. An even better choice is Klueber grease, Microlube GL 261, available here at Advanced Machine and Lubrications Services.

4) Hayden Hydraulic Fan Cooler
Drawings can be found in our trusty Document Library at Document Library/Models/LXi.
Hayden part numbers:
027026: cooler core
017048: fan plate
025576: fan assy
016945: cabinet

All available at most hydraulics supply vendors. Here in Charlotte NC we have:
a) Berendsen: 704-588-7723; $540.00 for 027026; 3 to 4 weeks,
b) Livingston & Haven: 704-525-7910; $340 for 027026; 3 to 4 weeks,
c) Sunsource: (800) 228-4831 (Pays to shop around).

5) Hydraulic Fan Pump and PTO

Steer (adjustable) 90-2497SP1, adjust one turn from full soft,
Drive (FSD, non-adjustable) 9005-1025, and
Tag (FSD, non-adjustable) 8805-1010.

11) Brake Shoes and Drums

Any information on the correct air springs for the bay doors and the engine cover door? I seem to have a mish-mash on mine and would like a little more force from the left engine cover. Mine may have some wrong parts.
