Automatic Awning

Two questions for the group:

1.Has anyone replaced their manual Zip Dee awning with an automatic one? Any
pros or cons?

2.Has anyone used Parliament Coach in Florida to replace the slide room seal?
Mine is leaking on my 2003 LX and I need to get it replaced. Any recommendations
for geting the seal replaced in Florida or south Georgia?
