| Television 95/42 Has anyone replaced their front TV in a 95 coach. Our analog has bitten the dust an I am hoping someone can recommend a make and model that will fit the existing frame without too much modification. Thoughts appreciated. Wallace & Faye Craig 95 WLWB 42 Azle, Texas | |||

Wallace, This is a good question? I have been wondering what I would replace my TVs with when they quit. Hope someone has some good suggestions. IMO, you'll find that TV models are constantly changing and what was available 6 months ago will not necessarily be available today. I would be surprised if you find an exact fit. I changed out both my TV's to flat screens on my 91 and in both instances a bit of carpentry work was required. You can get overalldimensions from web sites such as Best Buy. Narrow down your choices and take a tape to the store to evaluate how it will fit, etc. You'll also want to understand how the wires are connected in the back, or controls on the sides that you may need to access. I'd add that I was quite pleased with the HD picture I get over the air waves using the Mini State antenna (replaced the original one as it was rusted up and falling apart). Almost all the TV's you'll be looking at are HD capable today, so take advantage of it. | Television 95/42 Mike, no specific model but am told that a LED, not a plasma, is the way to go due to heat generated. We are in Santa Fe where it is 75, not too shabby.
