water supply to toilet and shower
Can anyone help me with a loss of water pressure to the toilet and the shower on
my 1983 PT35. The water pressure to the front sink is fine only the toilet and
shower seam to be affected.

Thanks,

All systems should be supplied by the same line from the pump or
the outside water connection. My 84 pt 40 splits the line to go to the kitchen
while the toilet, bath sink and shower are on the same line. If all three are
low on pressure you may have a partial blockage in that line. If pressure is OK
in the bath sink you have a blockage to the toilet and another to the shower.
The toilet has a valve that can cause a problem and the shower also has a very
complicated valve that could cause a problem.

Project
success is in the details

water supply to toilet and shower
I was just about to post the identical question to the forum.
We started losing pressure for the hot water to the shower right before we put
our 82 PT40 away for the winter last fall. This spring the flow to the shower
was reduced to a dribble on the cold and there was no hot water flow. The flow
to the sink for both hot and cold water was normal. I assumed that it was the
shower fixture and after much effort accompanied by many words of pain,
suffering and frustration with small openings and large hands, we managed to
replace it only to find that it didn't fix the problem. On our unit the lines to
the shower are Tee-d off the ones to the bathroom sink. So I am guessing that
the problem has to be in the Tee or the lines that go from under the sink up
behind the wall to the shower fixture.
On our last trip, the pressure to the toilet seemed to be reduced, but I haven't
had time to trace the water line back on it. Because of the lengthy period
between my two problems, I am guessing that this must be a separate problem.
Anything you find out will be of great interest.
Will let you know if I figure out my problem.
