suspension work

We are in Livingston Texas for the next couple of weeks before moving to Stonewall (for the Bluebird Rally there) in the Hill Country for a couple of weeks. Our retarder does not work.  Can someone recommend a place to take our Bird House to be worked on?  Or, is this something that we can do ourselves?  Thanks for any help.

PS -- we replaced the motor on the air compressor for the microphor toilet this week.  If anyone needs the drawings and the part numbers for this motor and all its parts, we have them.  All we needed was the brushes, but could not find anywhere to get them.  Now we have the information and would be willing to share; maybe someone else wouldn't need to buy the whole motor.

Well actually, you click on "Database" and then click on "Parts" and then "Add
Record".

FYI on the Databases:
The Databases are searchable by key word(s) and sortable by any heading. So in
the Parts Database, if you search on "Wheel", it brings up anything with the
word "wheel" in the description. In the Service Database and the Member to
Member Database, for instance, you could click on the State column to sort by
state to see everyone in that state if you were traveling and needed help.
