Ultraguard Mud flap
Mine does not throw, piss or spray oil either; never has. I do not have a CCV system. The slobber tubes are correct and drop a little oil the size of a half dollar after a 1000 mile trip. My slobber tubes almost touch the road surface. I do not get any significant oil on the back of the bus; a couple of drops perhaps.
I just cut my mud flap off 9" because I got tired of repairing it from dragging around on the road.

Don,

Unless you have installed some sort of CCV system, this is not normal. You may have clogged airbox drains. The engine is designed to slobber. If it can't breathe, there can be probems,
