I understand. I too am a pilot, have not flown a plane in a year but go out and keep up my license and medical as required. Why, I don't know. I have seen many airports around this country. I purchased the bus to see it from a different angle. I do the same with my CPA license in CA. Why I keep it up is a mystery because I do not plan to reenter that stressful arena. I guess once you have it it is hard to give up. I clearly understand the real estate deal, I am pushing @#$% against the ocean also. But, it will all work out somehow. I might be dead by then the way things are going. lol Good luck on the sale of your beautiful coach. The RV experience is much the same way for us.
