Has anyone here chained up there bus to go into snow or ice conditions?

Anytime you don't damage the coach in situations like this, you've succeeded! All of the road service plans seem to be hit or miss. You never know when or if somebody is actually going to show up. The call centers don't have a clue when it comes to a vehicle of this size and are either to naïve, to ignorant or to stupid to tell you that they don't have a clue. I'd be fine if they said, "I don't have a clue, let me get somebody who does."
