How many floors/levels does my black tank have?

How many floors/levels does my black tank have?
1) I suspect that my black tank has a problem because I discovered,
after 3 weeks of use, that the drain valve was not closing completely.
(2) What confuses me is, even after apparently emptying the black
system, I still see water when I look down the hole through the
commode. Why is there water in the tank below the commode even after
emptying the black tank? I never used to notice the water until I
discovered the above described drain problem. Thanks.

You've got something seriously funky going on in there. Somebody's been
eating at Taco Bell too much and it's formed a "clump" of yucko.

I'd hit it with a high-pressure garden hose spray down the toilet, try
and blast it out.

the tank is one level (two story outhouse?) and it has no baffles.sounds like
all the liquid ran out leaving you a paper mache pie in the bottom.you may have
to run a hose up the drain outlet to balst it free, wear a raincoat and wear
gloves!! then, lets figure out the valve not closing deal! randydupree93wb
