Getting an FC from Ct. to Or.?
A woman asked if I knew of a way to get her sold 1982 FC from
Connecticut to Oregon. The new owner will have to incur the costs. Any
suggestions? They'd like to do it soon. I told her I'd ask!

Hey Tom,

Let's drive it out there for her and charge the owner for our
mileage, the diesel, and flight back. Sounds like a good road trip. I
think that the going rate for a driver is .55 per mile. We could split
the $1375 and get our diesel tanks filled up for winter!

Having read this my first thoughts were to add me to the list of
drivers!! There are questions about liability. Don't know if they
would be insurmountable. I would think this could get pretty
expensive for the owner. One way air tickets on short notice etc.
Would he spring for more then one air line ticket? Lots to
consider. Did the new owner buy the coach sight unseen? Does sound
like a nice road trip. Shane is close to me in Pa. Hummm. Got me
thinking at least.

I'm always ripe for a trip. Serious concern would be liability if anything
happened mechanically or accidentally.
