Speaking of paint
I asked about the Dupont paint code equivalent to Indian silver some
time ago on the forum and someone was kind enough to reply that it was
8075U. When I went to my local Dupont auto paint store he gave me
8075K (which doesn't match). I am no professional but am finding out
that metallic silver is really hard to match.

My Indian Silver Metallic Paint code is 79773 manufactured by BASF specifically
R-M Diamont base coat/clear coat. Dupont does not have a match for my color.
Look on your paint code plate and see if you have the above number.
Also Don Bradner who has a 90 WB has different paint than mine even though it is
BASF. His is pre-Glasurite another BASF paint. He posted this info last night.

Mine is also 79773, but the complete listing is 54 CAN 79773 Silver which I'm
told means it was part of the 54-series Glassomax. The CAN I'm told is
Cannondale, presumably the bicycle company.
