Manuals
I am the very new owner of a 1978 FC, 3208 NA Cat. There was NO papers
with it whatsoever. I am seeking anyone who would copy their applicable
manuals and send them to me. I would pay in advance for your time,
costs and freight. Thank you.

Kingmtpg,

Please sign your posts so we know who we are talking to.

I just happen to have a 78FC33 sidebath with all the manuals. It would
be a monumental task to copy it all, but I could do a little at a
time. I would post it on the links on this site so anyone who needed
it could view it. A lot of it pertains to the acessories like heaters,
refrigerator, etc, which may have been replaced in your coach over
time. There is a basic manual that I could try to copy and post,
unless there is a particular area that you need imediate help on.

There are also many documents already in the links section that
address things common to the late 70's to late 80's FC's.

Kingmtpg,
I meant to say I would put the doc in the files section. There is
a rather good set of data for an 84 in there now.

Thank you, I am pretty savy on RV's in general, so most of the normal stuff I
understand. I would like to get this coach serviced and would like to follow
Cat's oil recomendations, but don't know what they are. Also there is a fan or
motor running in the very front AC unit on the roof. I am sure it is part of the
"automotive" air, but I can't find any way to turn it off. Does it run all of
the time? I didn't see the link to the info you mention in the "links" section,
but will try to find it now. Thanks Brad Bloxham, Yuma, AZ

if its a 3208 15-40 oil shell rotella T, or delo 400 or cat oil will work. also
the fan running i think is controlled by the air conditioner switch on the dash.
I think the one on the right controls the condenser fan.
