a while ago there were some posts about bad switches
I will source the offending switches
What I need is 3 good digital pics of the switch
Front
Back lug or termial layout
side with any information

Stephen- I was looking at my generator switch in the kitchen which does not
lite up. It must have a dozen wires on the back of that thing. I put the panel
back together- too many wires for me to fool with.

Stephen- you are correct on the amount of wires/terminals on that switch-
still don't want to mess with it. let me know if you find one.

Should have 8 terminals on the switch sort of a 3 or 4 way switch so
the indicator lights is on when the genereator is running 'the pilot
is independent of the switch all the lights on all the Generator run
switchshould glow when the Generator is running
