Driving Light Air piston
Alan, this is one item that has not been addressed. I'm glad you brought it
up. Hopefully we will get some response. Ernie Ekberg 83 PT40 Livingston, Montana [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Driving Light Air piston
Alan there is a switch that the light has to touch to turn the light on. The
light can be adjusted to hit it. If the cylinder is bad it is a Clippard. Mine is an SDR-20-3 & I got two new ones for sixty dollars for both. That made mine work fine after I adjusted them to come the whole way down. I don't think you can repair them. Don 89 SP 36' Butler, PA : One of my driving lights is slow to lower and then doesn't go quite all the way down (hence it won't come on until i push it into place). I was trying to find a post on working on those air pistons (... What are they called?). Can I repair or rebuild it? Thanks, Alan 87FC35 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
