Full of questions---How about coach water pump replacement

Hey, again,

Does anyone have any good suggestions for the replacement of the potable water
pump? Mine has bit the dust and I'd like to do away with the cog belt design. Is
there something better?

Dru,

Many have had good luck wth the Shurflo brand of pumps.

We rebuilt the original belt drive pump after replacing it with a
spare that came with the coach. When that pump failed we replaced it
with a Surflo unit. When ours failed after one year because of a bad
switch it was replaced for shipping cost by the dealer. They offer a
number of models including a mico-processor controlled unit.

We spend about half our time in the coach so it gets more use than
some other coaches....
