Travel-Sat 1.5 direct TV dish??
Our 95 BMC has a Travel-Sat 1.5 dish but I have no idea how to operate
it and of course there are no instructions. The company who
manufactured/sold it was located in Palm Desert, California. The 800
number is now a health care products co. If any bird owner out there
knows how to operate this baby, I should would appreciate your 2 or
more cents.

Thanks

Ed the company has been out of business for quite a while. Do you
also have the receiver and sat locator that goes with it? I would
suggest if you want satellite TV in your coach that you purchase a
new system. In the long run it will be cheaper then trying to get the
old one working. Remember factory support is non existant. I have a
KVH system and it works very nice. I bought it new on Ebay from a
dealer that decided not to sell them from his store. I paid $550 for
it and installed it myself.

Ed, I have a Motosat inmotion system on a 1994 pt40 that turned out
to be a "TracStar " repackage system. Trac Star was very helpfull in
updating the system. but it cost $400.00 plus for the upgrade kit.
They say it is a superior system but who cares about longevity of
hardware for an product that goes obsolete so quick. Trac star tec
support may be able to help you on the phone 407-650-9054. I have
been looking to find the reception enhancing tape used by some on the
dome?
