84 or 85 PT40 in decent shape, $20k
I looked and drove this coach recently. It needs the 6 rear tires replaced due to age, but it otherwise in very good shape for its age. It's a pretty good buy for a first timer. Contact me for more info.

This coach sold last week. The new owner is coming to get her next week. If for some crazy reason it falls through, I'll post again about it.
