Recall of Wanderlodge's and this year's accident that took a Birder's life

I'm wondering of today's recall of 2005-2007LXi Wanderlodge's is
related to the accident earlier this year in which a Wanderlodge left
the road ( I think due to a front tire blowout) and hit a tree. I
know that coach was a pretty new coach but I can't remember if it was
this exact model or not.
