Your agent should be able to do it with a phone call from you providing
VIN's and required data. get her with the program or get a new agent

Progressive (AON now I believe) has typically been the cheapest, and easiest
to deal with so far for me. I advise you to give 'em a call.

My auto insurance agent tells me that I am not covered on the drive
home from Oregon where I may buy a FC31 this weekend (I live in
Cal.). She says I should get an insurance policy in Oregon and cancel
it when I get home. This is an undesirable solution. Can anyone
recommend an RV insurance company or another solution.

Brent,
Try Good Sam's GMAC RV Insurance program also check with Geico and Nationwide. I
found GMAC was cheapest for me.
Good Luck,

Agreed. What kind of crazy insurance company doesn't insure you on a
new purchase? State Farm covers me on anything I buy for the first few
weeks until I have time to bring it in.

I called GMAC and it was a snap! All I have to do is call with the
vin number and coverage starts. It's so nice to get good service,
especially after bad. Time to give my auto business to someone else.

Thanks to all that responded.

Brent
I have my coach, 3 cars and my home w/GMAC. Saved almost $400 on homeowners
when I moved to them. When the area has been threatned w/a hurricane I have
received a call with a contact number from them each time. I don't sell
insurance or anything else!
