Well, David, thanks to your good help, I have proofed all the wires to the unit; power, ground, data lines, etc. All wires to the ECU are good so the problem is in the Pro Driver unit, itself. That is not what I wanted to hear but it is what I needed to know.
I contacted the manufacturer to see if the unit is repairable or if a new unit is available as I don't believe they are available from Detroit Diesel anymore.
