Bath Room Options

Searching through Wanderlodge listings (used coaches), I find that
most appear to have "walk through" floor plans. I realize that this is
a personal preference among owners - my question is; is this an option
that is offered at the factory or is it "as is?" I prefer a private
toilet area however most (that I have seen) have the walk through.
Would appreciate your comments. Thanks
