Has anyone here chained up there bus to go into snow or ice conditions?

Sounds like a good plan. We are going to try to get out to Denver next year (we wanted to go this year but, no). One thing I have been thinking about is snow chains. I don't have any plans on being out there come snow season, but things happen. Someone with a Wandelodge got stuck out west after a breakdown. Think I saw the video on YouTube. They didn't plan to be out in the snow and ice but the repairs took that long. So I think it be prudent to have a set of chains put away on the coach for emergencies. When I was young I drove heavy trucks in the North East. Used chains many times. Like it was said here we have the luxury to sit out the worst of the weather.
