103 degrees and the front a/c pooped out, HELP

We're in Salt Lake City and the front a/c unit quit. The mobile RV
tech says there is power coming out of the circuit breaker but no
power coming into the a/c unit.
(Duo Therm, roof mount). Is there another circuit breaker or junction
box to check?
