Squirrel cage fan

Help!
I just changed the motor on my Polaris Intertherm air conditioner
blower on my 90SP36 and when I started it the front squirrel cage fan,
which had been cracked and repaired, disintegrated.
Anyone know where I can get a replacement (6 1/2" x 4" with 1/2" shaft
size) ?
