Drop down driving lights on 89 SP 36'

The drop down lights on mine were one of the few things I ever gave up on - in
my case they would tend to "bounce" deployed/stowed on their own. Eventually I
just removed the wire that activates the air solenoid.

I did find, however, that the wiring was less than simple, and included at least
one diode that appeared to have failed. I think that was on a ground wire, and
essentially made it open.
