Engine won't start or Primus

Hello,
I have a 1994 WB with an 8v92. I have been away for 4 months and just got back
this past weekend. I wanted to start the engine so I tried starting the Primus
in order to pre-warm the engine due to the cold temperature we've had for a few
months. The Primus would not start. I checked the Propane switch, and it was on,
the stove was working and so was the refrigerator. I tried to turn it on a few
times incase there was and air in the line, but it never started. It there
another safety switch for the Primus? I started the engine and the primus
before I left and all worked properly.
When I try to start the engine it turns very slowly and does not turn fast
enough to start.
The only thing that I noticed was the "Neutral" light on the transmission panel
is on.
Does the 1994 Bird have an electric heated for the engine? I saw a switch that
is on the right side of the consul that says cold start.
Any help would be appreciated.
