According to info. I get on the internet a PH of 11 would be acid. A
Ph of 7 would be neutral, and any PH below a 7 would Alkaline. I do
have a quart of CAT coolant additive that is very alkaline, but I
don't know what the PH value should be. Better get to the local Cat
dealer I guess.
