1992 sp?

I never under stood "pay now or pay later". A priest stood infront
of me holding a wicker basked and uttered the same phrase. I tossed
in another $10. and still no hair. I think you just got to do the
math and be confident you get what you pay for. $10 would have
bought a good hat.
