Newbie Issues...Engine Bay Cool Down Methods

Question please on the fans. Did you use two relays, a single relay or run the power through the switch. I presume the fans are 16" Hayden or equivalent which draw about 15 amps each. It really helps a lot. I installed a switch next to the fan that I turn on when I shut the engine off. I let it run for 15 to 30 minutes after shutdown. R.E.
