RCA back-up camera

I have a very small aftermarket camera. There is no connecter .
Four leads come out of the camera. Power (12V.), ground, audio, and
video. The 12V. lead goes to green #28 lead that gets power when TV
is turned on. The gnd goes to a coach chassis ground. The video goes
to a coax which goes the the TV chassis.The audio is unused.
