How do you remove the upper dash panel?

John,
If you are talking about removing the small triangle pieces at the
front end of the side cabnets.....
Then you must first start inside the front of these cabnets. There is
a piece of 1/2" plywood in the front. This piece needs to come out
before you can access the screws holding those upholstered triangle
picees.
