Any A/C Folks

My coach has two a/c thermostats alike, cannot remember the
manufacturer, one on the front and one on the rear. The a/c fan blows
constantly as the compressor cycle with these thermostats. They have an
auto, off and on and a slide temperature control. The center a/c has a
digital thermostat when set to a temperature shuts off completely when
the desired temp is reached. It works like the one at home while the
other two work like a window a/c.
Can I change out the two thermostats to one like the center and get the
a/c to stop and restart within the desired temperature range.
