Driver's overhead panel

Does the driver's overhead panel have a common ground or anything like
that? I have several little problems with things up there (safeline
buzzer will chirp on a good bump, left/right spotlight selector does
nothing, digital clock will re-set to 12:00 on a good bump, gen oil
press gauge reads high) and wondered if one thing might be causing all
of it.
