Anyone know this Canadian Bird of the Day?

Today's Bird is from Canada. The name on the front says "Papa's
Dream" and has the dates 1984-1994 over the name. Does anyone know
who these folks are? Are they on the forum?

The Bird has been parked in the soft sand between the dunes on Padre
Island each of the past two or three years that we have been down
there. We have never spotted the owners to get any information. We
assume that they enter through one of the county entrances that has
hard packed sand and then head north on the Island until they back it
up and park it between the dunes. Contrary to last year, I did note
that they had plywood sheets under the rear tires this year! Note the
depth of the tire tracks where they backed in. The area they park in
is very soft sand and *many cars* get stuck trying to enter and leave
the beach area there!
