Potable water filtration system

Tom,
The problem is now you taste the water and say 'Dow chemical
upstream'. I contracted giardia once (not from a campground), and I
never want to go through that again. Spoiled? You bet I am. I grew
up on private well water and never found anything quite like it
anywhere else. Oh yea, my wife insists on having a filter, so the
decision is already made, now it is just which one.
