Front running light mod

Ralph, I made several out of rem stock I think 6 units cost less than
20.00 to make. Its easy if you have access to a brake. from
headlight to headlight there is a slight radius that can be
duplicated by leaving both fold tabs with material to trim ( aprox 2
inches)drag a plasma torch quick for the first 4-5 and last 4-5
inches but lift the torch during the center cut to heat the dross and
distort the SS with a radius. If you want it closer to chrome
use "everbright" SS I went with the DeLorean look using brushed SS.
I made one of each for a guy we are meeting up with in Quartsite.
