Road Conditions, North AZ to South UT

The train ride is between Williams, AZ and the South Rim (Grand Canyon Railway). I would advise against taking your Lxi to the North Rim, very, very tight. I go in there wth 40' and 45' coaches. There is parking for tour/charter buses at the Lodge and Visitors Center- have not seen any high-end RV's on NR. NR elevation at the entry gate is 8600'. It usually doesn't reopen until April 15th, sometimes later depending on the snow depth. Have a good trip. Yep, Pappy is fine - been my moniker since my days with Continental Trailways (50's and 60's).
