Blue Ox Aventa LX Tow Bar
It looks like Blue Ox discontinued their Aventa LX tow bar. Anyone know why? I always thought the spherical (ball in socket) joint was clever and eliminated a lot of wear points and stress associated with the traditional multi-link flex joint. I've been using mine for several years and have been happy with it's performance. Anyone know if Blue Ox was having problems with the design?

Well, at least I now know where to look for cracks: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f85/warning-b...17073.html. The only reason I have this tow bar is because it was a gift. After this trip I'm getting rid of it.
