				Series 60 Oil Cooler Leak

We have some folks working on their LXi rads and CAC's. Here's a "while you're in there project". I think the pics tell the story. Don't wait till after you have the CAC/Rad installed to realize your oil cooler leaks. The seals can be replaced with everything buttoned up but it's an ultra-easy job when the CAC/Rad are out.

RE: Series 60 Oil Cooler Leak

The oil cooler is prone to leaking, I have replaced the seals and gaskets on my S60. Also, while the radiator is out is a good time to check for exhaust manifold leaks. Black residue around a fitment will indicate a leak. I also replaced the manifold on my engine while I had the radiator out.
