Allison 4060 vs Allison 4000, Allison 3060 vs Allison 3000?
On RV ads, some list a Allison 4060 on older models, then Allison 4000 on newer. Same with 3060 and 3000.
Is there any difference 4060/4000 and 3060/3000? Dan 94 BMC 37' |

The MFG's match them to engine torque and chassis weight. The 4060 was the biggest at the time.
