"also who works on bluebirds in my area St.Louis Mo. south central ill"
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' Nelson, Last year while delivering a 'Bird to BC, Canada, from South Carolina, I had an oil pressure sending unit go bad on this 1980 FC 'Bird. I had stopped by to see an old buddy, that I used to work with and he manages boat transport division of a trucking company, located in Mount Vernon, Ill. He called the truck repair shop, that he uses and sent me over to have the 'Bird repaired, I was very impressed with the service that I got there, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the outfit. It is located on the east side of Mount Vernon on Ill. 15, just before the airport, which is located on the left and the repair shop is on the right side. I do remember that it is the old International Harvester dealership and still had some of the IH signs on the building. I tried to call my friend, but he wasn't home. I will try to get in touch with him tomorrow at work and get the name and phone number for the shop.
